CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At FuseVogue, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at service@fusevogue.com.
Once an order has entered production or the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Due to our made-to-order production model, processing begins shortly after purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns for non-quality related reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item, size, or color selected by the customer
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design
- Ordering the wrong product
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
However, we will fully support you if the issue is caused by our error.
Refunds, replacements, or reshipments may be approved in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Size different from the size ordered
- Package confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
To qualify for a refund, replacement, or reshipment, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery, and before the item has been used, worn, or washed, and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are not responsible for and cannot provide refunds or replacements for:
- Delays caused by customs inspection or clearance procedures
- Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier (in such cases, customers should contact the carrier directly for investigation)
- Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance due to lighting, screen settings, or production processes
Return Process
If your return request is approved by our support team, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Us
Email service@fusevogue.com with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Please do not return any item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2. Prepare the Item
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- In original packaging
3. Ship the Return
Once approved, you will receive the return address from our support team.
Please ship the item securely and provide the tracking number after dispatch.
4. Inspection & Resolution
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility and process the appropriate resolution (refund, replacement, or reshipment).
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Delivery Status
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled. In such cases, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for further investigation.
