🌍 International Delivery and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge and are the recipient's responsibility.

FuseVogue does not control these charges or customs processing times. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before placing an order.

If a carrier restriction prevents us from shipping to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative where available or issue a refund for the affected order.

🔎 Following Your Package

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number or tracking link. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier's tracking system to display movement.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation and tracking number.

📍 Address or Delivery Problems

Please check your shipping address and contact details carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request a change, contact us within 8 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

FuseVogue is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or if your package is past the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will help you review the shipment with the carrier.

For a package marked as delivered but not received, please first check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. Then contact us promptly so we can assist with the available next steps.
